Frequently Asked Questions
My order was delivered to the wrong school.
At checkout, there were three campus pickup options: Chandler, San Tan, and South Mountain. Some families selected the first option listed instead of their intended campus, so some packages were delivered to Chandler. We did our best to identify and correct as many of these orders as possible before delivery.
If your package is not where you expected it to be, please email us. We will review your order and work with you on the best available option to get you what you need before school starts.
Not all of my items were included in my order.
Please email us so we can review your order. Some items were out of stock and may have been refunded.
If an item was missing because of a packing error, we will work with you to get the correct item as quickly as possible.
When will girls' skorts be back in stock?
The girls' size skorts have been discontinued by our previous supplier. We are working to find a new supplier for these items, but we do not yet have an estimated restock date.
