Please review the information below to help ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

Return & Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of your in-store purchase or delivery date for online orders.

All returns and exchanges must include a sales receipt or packing slip.

Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and have tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if an item does not meet these conditions.

Items purchased during our Summer Sale are eligible for return or exchange up to two weeks into the school year, provided the conditions above are met.

Personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Adult Sizes for K-8 Schools

Please carefully review the size selected before completing your purchase.

Certain adult sizes offered for K-8 schools require you to confirm your size selection before adding the item to your cart. This additional step is intended to help prevent accidental purchases of adult sizes.

If you confirm one of these adult sizes and complete your purchase, the item is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect sizing.

If you are unsure which size to order, please contact us before purchasing. We are happy to help.

Returns by Mail

Return shipping to Anton Uniforms is the customer's responsibility. Please ship your return using the carrier of your choice. We recommend USPS.

For an exchange, Anton Uniforms will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you for your first exchange.

If a second exchange is needed due to an incorrect size, a $9.95 shipping fee will apply to ship the new size.

Exchanges

We recommend contacting us using the form below before mailing an exchange. This allows us to confirm availability, ensure proper handling, and help process your request more quickly.

When mailing your return or exchange, please include:

  • Your original sales receipt or a copy
  • A note indicating whether you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit
  • A phone number where we can reach you if we have questions

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. We cannot issue a refund to a different card or bank account. This is consistent with Shopify's refund policy.

Order Issues

Any discrepancies with an online order must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of delivery.

Pickup, Delivery & Backorders

Pickup orders that cannot be fulfilled in their entirety will be refunded. Pickup may not be available during peak season.

Delivery orders that cannot be fulfilled in their entirety will ship with the available items, and any remaining items will be placed on backorder.
