Returns or Exchanges
Please review the information below to ensure a seamless process.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of your in store purchase or delivery date (if purchased online). All returns/exchanges must have an accompanied sales receipt or the packing slip.
Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these conditions. Items sold in our Summer Sale are eligible for return/exchange up to two weeks into the school year as long as the conditions above are met.
To return an item via mail, you must ship the item to us, at your expense, via the carrier of your choice (we recommend USPS). We will cover the cost to ship the item back to you for the first return. If you return an item a second time due to your choosing an incorrect size, you will incur a fee of $8.95 to cover the cost of shipping a new size back to you. Please include your original sales receipt or a copy and a note stating if you'd prefer a refund, if you'd like the item to be exchanged, or a store credit. Please include a phone number so that we can contact you with questions.
Any discrepancies in online merchandise orders must be brought to stores attention within 72 hours of delivery.
Pickup orders that cannot be fulfilled entirely will be refunded. Delivery orders that cannot be fulfilled entirely will be shipped with available items, with the remaining items on backorder.
Long sleeve polos are not available for returns or exchanges. If you are not sure of the correct size please come to our store and try it on! See our location here.
