Returns or Exchanges
Please review the information below to ensure a seamless process.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of your in-store purchase or delivery date (if purchased online). All returns and exchanges must include a sales receipt or packing slip.
Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and have tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these conditions. Items sold in our Summer Sale are eligible for return or exchange up to two weeks into the school year, as long as the above conditions are met.
To return an item by mail, please ship it at your expense using the carrier of your choice (we recommend USPS). We will cover the cost to ship the item back to you for the first return. If a second return is needed due to an incorrect size, an $8.95 fee will be applied to cover the cost of shipping a new size.
For exchanges, we recommend contacting us before mailing your item back via the form below so we can ensure proper handling and faster service. Please include your original sales receipt or a copy and a note indicating whether you'd like a refund, exchange, or store credit. Be sure to include a phone number in case we need to reach you with questions.

Any discrepancies in online orders must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of delivery.
NOTE: PICKUP IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE
Pickup orders that cannot be fulfilled entirely will be refunded. Delivery orders that cannot be fulfilled entirely will be shipped with the available items, and remaining items will be placed on backorder.
