We are currently fulfilling orders, in the order they arrive, with limited staffing.

Our current fulfillment window is as follows:

Order Fulfillment Window In-Stock/In-Store Orders: Within 3 Days

In-Stock Online Orders: 7 – 14 Days

Backordered Items: Up to 6 Weeks to Receive.

Special Orders: Varies by order. Some items can take 6+ weeks. Contact us for details based on your student's needs.

Standard Shipping

Items in-stock at our warehouse will ship within 3 days of receiving the order. Due to current inventory challenges, some popular items (and special orders) may be backordered. 

We understand pick-up isn't always available and your circumstances may change. Orders placed for pickup, and later changed to delivery, will incur a flat $19 fee to convert your order from a pickup order to a “Ship to you” order. The fee covers all processing/labeling/shipping. This fee must be paid prior to shipping. If you may be unable to pick-up your order later, we recommend choosing shipping at checkout as it remains a more affordable option than converting to shipping later.
